How your enquiry is handled
Last updated: 12 October 2026. This notice explains how Website Engine enquiries and website visits are handled.
Who you are contacting
Mukarram Ali, operating personally from Italy, is the data controller for Website Engine enquiries. Email dev@mukarramappdev.site with questions about your enquiry or its handling.
What happens on this page
The form uses your name, agency, email address and optional project message to prepare an email draft in your own email app. This page does not send the email, store the answers in a database or save them in browser storage. You choose whether to send the draft.
If no email app opens, you can copy the enquiry and send it yourself. Please do not include passwords, confidential client data or sensitive personal information.
When you send an email
Your own email provider processes the message you choose to send. Enquiries addressed to dev@mukarramappdev.site are handled through Hostinger email and accessed by Mukarram through an integration with Gmail, provided by Google. Mukarram uses your name, agency, email address and message to respond, arrange a walkthrough and discuss a possible licence. Details may therefore be processed in both the Hostinger mail service and Gmail; this notice does not assert a particular forwarding, import or synchronisation method.
Purposes and legal bases
Enquiry details are used to answer your questions, arrange a walkthrough and discuss a proposal. Where you personally request steps towards a contract with you, the basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For business enquiries made on behalf of an agency, the basis is Article 6(1)(f): the legitimate interest in responding to relevant business correspondence. Applicable legal recordkeeping duties may rely on Article 6(1)(c).
Enquiry details are not used to enrol you in an advertising mailing list. Providing them is voluntary, but an email address is needed if you want an email reply. No automated decisions or profiling are used by this page.
Fonts and hosting
The page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to retrieve them, which exposes ordinary connection information such as your IP address. There are no analytics scripts, advertising trackers or tracking cookies in this landing page. Hostinger is the selected website host and receiving email provider. Hosting services can process connection and security logs, including IP addresses and request information. Google processes email accessed through Gmail and connection information when Google Fonts is loaded. Provider processing may involve locations outside the European Economic Area; the arrangements depend on the applicable services. See the Hostinger privacy policy and Google privacy policy for their provider information. These links supplement this notice; they do not replace the responsibilities of Mukarram as controller.
Your rights
Where applicable under the GDPR, you can request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact dev@mukarramappdev.site to exercise your rights. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or another competent supervisory authority.
Retention and requests
To ask about a message you have sent, or request its correction or deletion, contact Mukarram at the address above. Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to a customer relationship will be deleted 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a specific legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. Customer and invoice records will follow a separate retention policy. The 12-month period applies to enquiry correspondence held in both the receiving mailbox and Gmail. Retention of hosting security logs is governed by the actual hosting service and its operational requirements.
The current form prepares an email draft. If a direct-submission service is added, this notice will be updated to identify that service and explain the changed processing before it is used.
